What would you do if today was your last?

Be so in Love with your Life – Every Minute of It – The Good itmes, The Bad Times. Tell the people who matter in your life how much they mean to you. Spread kindness, spread joy and smile – because how do you know when you are going to take your last living breath? With all that has been happening recently in the world, my own situations I see and feel and seeing so much hurt and pain in the world. Think about how you can spread a little bit of joy today.

IF TODAY WAS YOUR LAST DAY:

What would you wish you had been doing? Who would you of told how much they mean to you? Who would you regret expressing yourself too? Who would you wish you spoke to one more time? what do you wish you had achieved? What do you wish you had done more off?

James Dean summarises it well: “dream as if you’ll live forever, live as if you’ll die today.”

I had someone ask me the other day – Jayne are you always this nice? haha yes I am. Everyone in the world is hiding a story that they don;t want to tell. Remember that what people portray or how they treat you may be a reflection of how they feel about themselves and what they don’t deserve. Be Kind – Smile – Listen – Love life to your fullest – Be Grateful for every moment in your life – Show Gratitude – Say Thanks – Help Others – Take Pictures – Live your Life in the Moment because you never know when that moment will be the last.

Be Beyoutiful ❤

“Take a deep breathe and leap; whats the worst that can happen? What do you call to do that scares you the most? If you don’t do it now will you regret it in 10 years time? Whats the worst that could happen if you do leap? What could happen if you stay put?”
