  3. Exercise improves brain function. If has been scientifically shows that exercise will improve your brain function. In a study done at the University of British Columbia, researchers found that regular aerobic exercise, the kind that gets your heart and your sweat glands pumping, appears to boost the size of the hippocampus, the brain area involved in verbal memory and learning. Resistance training, balance and muscle toning exercises did not have the same results.



Monday Motivation: Why is Monday so great?


Everyone says Mondays are perfect to restart, refresh and boost your motivation! I AGREE!

Be Yourself: You can Be Anything

 When writing the story of your life, don’t let anyone else hold the pen!
Life is a journey of discovery of yourself through major highs and lows, successes and failures, acceptance and defeat, but throughout it all how you react and come out the other side of it all defines who you are and helps you create YOUR identity. Thats through your rises, your falls and being humble in your success.

A little bit of motivation for a Saturday! For the first time in 10 years I feel I really have identified and become happy with who I am, what I am working towards, where I want to be and how I will get there – through alot of hard work and determination. I am fairly free spirited, but for the last 8 years I felt embarassed about my freespiritedness (I know it’s not a word). As if being so motivated to take on any challenge, being extremely positive about every aspect of life no matter what life chucks at you, people look at you and think: ARE YOU MAD?

My answer for you is: NO!

I am me and I am proud of whom I have become, I am not afraid to talk about my past, my past has helped me become the person I am today – hard working, wanting to help others and bringing enthusiasm into life. I work like a bit of a loonatic and take on far too much, but one thing you cannot take away from me is my outlook and positivity about life! Life is just amazing – everyone should be able to enjoy and embrace it in your own way, no matter what anyone else says you should do, what anyone thinks you should be, you need to listen to YOUR gut instinct and only then when you find complete calmness within yourself will you achieve TRUE happiness with yourself.

I am currently working towards my life coaching qualifications as I want to help others achieve true happiness in their lives. Life cannot be perfect, but you can achieve happiness with acceptance of yourself and acceptance of your current situation. With this acceptance you can work towards reaching your desried destination.

When you can become truely happy with whom you are, then others people opinions do not cause as much internal trauma. Being yourself is the most beautiful thing you can be. The way our brains work is absolutely mind blowing!
Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe and you are a reflection of the 5 people you spend the most time with! Being your true self will help you attract like minded people, will help you understand where you want to be in life and understand you.
